Market contract address. Order IDs are unique within a market, not globally.

Unsigned decimal uint64 order ID. Leading zeros are normalized.
Missing, empty, malformed or repeated values return 400.

An unknown market/order pair returns 404. This is not an open-order snapshot
or a WebSocket replay baseline; feedEpoch is null.
