Kuru is deployed on Monad mainnet and testnet. The public Spot V2 frontend is live for trading, including One Click Trading. Developers can also integrate through the APIs and SDK. The interactive REST playground defaults to mainnet, where signed writes may submit real transactions; switch it to testnet before experimenting. You can explore Spot Trading, Order Types, and Accounts before setting up an integration.

Choose a network

Use the mainnet deployment and live market catalog for production integrations. Use testnet setup and testnet deployments for rehearsal. Keep contract addresses, chain IDs, assets, JWTs, and signatures on the same network.

Preparing for testnet

You will need a dedicated test wallet, testnet MON for transactions you submit yourself, and Kuru test assets for the market you want to trade. Testnet tokens are not the production versions of those assets. The testnet setup guide identifies the network, deployment, and funding prerequisites. The current deployment uses admin-mintable test tokens and has no public token faucet. Confirm token access with your Kuru integration contact before starting the tutorial.

Your first integration

Developers can follow First Trade to deposit assets, place a limit order, check the result, and cancel its unfilled remainder. The tutorial uses testnet; switch to mainnet configuration only when you intend to trade production assets. For a bot or application that uses a separate trading signer and sponsored gas, continue with Delegated Trading with Relay.

Before placing an order

Understand which asset you are buying or selling, how much of your balance the order needs, and what happens if it fills only partially. Balances and Open Orders walks through an example.
